This effect can be a result of over using high pH shampoo, extraction solutions, ice melt residue, urine salts, coffee, teas, juices or other alkaline residues. To eliminate this film, use at a dilution of 2 ounces per water and spray onto the affected area(s). This product may also be added to shampooers, extractors and bonnet solutions and applied during the cleaning process. Do not mix with other products.
